FILMING GUIDELINES

  • Use the iPhone camera, or DSLR if preferred (not the in-app IG camera) to ensure quality.

  • Video should be vertical (portrait) to fit IG stories format: 1080 x 1920 pixels.

  • If possible, use a tripod/stand to ensure stability of footage.

  • When shooting in selfie mode, keep your head in the top half of the frame.

  • Take note of lighting:

    • Natural light is best for a more natural look on camera; avoid sitting with your back to window

    • Utilize additional lighting (i.e. ring-light, bright makeup mirror) as needed.

  • Avoid wearing white or light-colored tops
